The EDGU Share-Reacher Training program is a five day event for learning and imparting the 14 step EDGU sequence. Daily schedule includes EDGU classes, 'step by step' EDGU breakdown instruction, practice sessions, in depth insights of spinal maintenance, free time and laughter. So whether EDGU is cultivated as a personal practice, shared one on one as EDGU therapy or taught in group classes, you will activate your 'Edge you' experience.
EDGU can be practiced by the beginner to the adept, from the young to the elder and to those restricted to sitting.
